Mildew Shield acrylic coating products were developed for commercial, industrial, residential, and hotel/motel renovations. Barrier Coat 100, a translucent blue acrylic under-coating and Top Coat 101, a non yellowing matte finishing acrylic top coating, both help control mildew on many interior/exterior surfaces.

The products are recommended as a clear matte finish top coat to spray on textured ceilings, bathrooms (including ceramic tile, grout, glass, shower stalls and curtains), and on painted or unpainted surfaces including wood, concrete, metal, brick, and aluminum window and door frames.
