In our Renovation business, we were constantly running into problems with mildew in commercial, hotel/motel, industrial and residential buildings.
We developed a product and continued to improve upon it until we were satisfied with the results we got in all situations.
We used our product, and named it Mildew Shield. We have been using Mildew Shield since 1988. After seeing the results of our product,

Roy McRorie, president of Mildew Shield, Inc. of Brunswick, GA developed his two-part mildew prevention system from years of
frustration as a hotel/motel renovator in a highly humid coastal area. He began testing his system on hotels on Georgia's Jekyll
Island nearly 20 years ago, and has begun to market it nationally.
Used in both interior and exterior applications, Mildew Shield features an acrylic Barrier Coat 101, which is applied to the
surface once it is completely cleaned and dry. It is followed by a primer and topcoat. Top Coat 101, a clear, non-yellowing,
matte finish acrylic, completes the system and offers further protection from mildew growth. In milder situations, the barrier
coat is usually sufficient, but both parts of the system are recommended for tougher jobs in the coastal areas and the humid Southeast. |
