Barrier Coat 100
Barrier Coat 100 is a translucent blue acrylic coating designed to help control
mildew on interior and exterior surfaces.
Mildew Shield products were developed specifically for hotel/motel commercial,
industrial, and residential renovations.
- Recommended Uses: As a primer before hanging wallcovering –
Should be used as a primer when hanging vinyl over vinyl – as a barrier coat under
primer before spraying multi-color paints and other top coats.
- Limitations: If bleach or chlorine base cleaners are used, wait a full
24 hours before applying Mildew Shield. Surface Temperature Minimum 50ºF.
Maximum 95ºF.

Top Coat 101
Top Coat 101 is a non yellowing matte finish acrylic coating designed to help control mildew
on many interior and exterior surfaces. Mildew Shield products were developed specifically
for hotel/motel commercial, industrial, and residential renovations..
- Recommended Uses: Primer before hanging wallcovering – as a clear matte finish top coat to be sprayed on popcorn ceilings- Bathrooms (including ceramic tile, grout, glass, shower stalls & curtains) – Painted or unpainted surfaces – Wood, concrete, metal, brick, aluminum window & door frames – Roofs – Mobile Homes – Campers – Boats – Vinyl – Rubber.
- Limitations: If bleach or chlorine based cleaners are used, wait a full 24 hours before applying Mildew Shield. Surface Temperature Minimum 50ºF. Maximum 95ºF.
- Color: Clear
